All services are performed at a location of the customer's choosing within our service area, subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Service Area
We currently serve the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area. Service availability outside our standard area is at our discretion and may be subject to additional travel fees. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage zone.
4. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed only after you receive direct confirmation from 801 Shine via phone, text, or email.
Submitting a form on our website is an inquiry only and does not guarantee a scheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

We will not be held liable for damage resulting from factory defects, improperly applied aftermarket products, or existing paint or surface issues.
8. Liability Limitation
801 Shine Mobile Detailing takes great care in providing professional services. However:
Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during service. Please remove valuables before your appointment.
9. Satisfaction & Complaints
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service:

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns, which may include a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.
Complaints submitted after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for remedy.
